WEYMOUTH - Two arrests were made Monday after police say they saw a Weymouth woman sell narcotics to a driver parked in a package store parking lot and buy them from someone sitting in another car parked nearby.Kenya Boyce, 27, of Weymouth, and Kyle Summers, 24, of Randolph, were due to be arraigned Tuesday morning on a variety of drug charges, including distribution of Suboxone and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
