MARSHFIELD - A Marshfield man is facing his second drunken driving offense after he was arrested Monday night on Ocean Street.Around 5:30 p.m., Marshfield police received a report of driver who swerved into oncoming traffic and nearly struck another vehicle head-on.Police pulled over Joshua A.
