SCITUATE – Video surveillance of Scituate Harbor played a role in the arrest of two men charged with stealing lobsters from the back of a Mullaney’s Harborside Fish Market truck on Feb. 26.James Hoffman, 38, of 494 Copeland St., Abington, and Michael Pietrantonio, 42, of 273 Belmont Ave., Brockton, were each charged with one count of breaking and entering into a truck for a felony, and one count of larceny over $250.
