CARVER - Police arrested three people and seized fentanyl and cocaine as a result of a pair of drug investigations in Carver within the past week.On Tuesday, police arrested two men they said had been dealing fentanyl in town.Ivon Almeida, 29, of Brockton was charged with possession with intent to distribute fentanyl and also had two outstanding warrants.
