Rhode Island State Police say a 37-year-old man was arrested Tuesday night on his way to Quincy with 48 pounds of marijuana.Huilin Wu, 37, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was ordered held without bail Wednesday on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.State Police Cpl.
