WEYMOUTH - A 23-year-old Weymouth man spent part of his birthday in jail Monday night after police said he ran from officers wearing only a bathing suit and then went into a stranger's home to avoid capture.Edward Rozanski of 26 Weybosset St., whose birthday was Monday, was charged with assault and battery on a police officer, felony breaking and entering into a building in the nighttime and disorderly conduct.
