WEYMOUTH - Police say a Weymouth man who took off after crashing his truck while drunk Sunday evening later blamed his girlfriend when officers came to his door.Robert Welch, 54, was arrested for third-offense drunken driving, driving to endanger and leaving the scene of a crash causing injury.
