U.S. District Court Judge Rya W. Zobel on Wednesday set Sept. 6 as the first day of jury selection in the case against Daniel Flynn, who has pleaded not guilty to seven counts of wire fraud and two counts of mail fraud stemming from allegations he swindled millions of dollars from private investors.
