BROCKTON – State and local police arrested three men on weapons charges on Monday following a short chase on the north side of the city.The chase began on Oak Street at about 4:45 p.m., hours after State Police agreed to step up their patrols in the city after a weekend of gun violence, including a murder.When the driver of the 2009 Honda Accord stopped 157 Eaton St., he and three passengers ran off.
