NORWELL - Ppolice are asking for help identifying two women suspected of stealing thousands of dollars by swapping tags on high-end purses.Police Chief Ted Ross said the women bought the purses at a T.J.Maxx store in Framingham and then affixed their price tags on much cheaper purses, which they would then return for cash at a T.J.Maxx in Norwell.
