QUINCY – Two people suspected in a drug deal are on the run after a chase Tuesday night that led police from Quincy to Weymouth.A third man, 26-year-old Alex Ruiz, of Boston, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, distribution of fentanyl and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
