QUINCY – A 71-year-old man was attacked with a set of keys and bitten at Pagnano Towers Sunday, police said.Peter Bernier, 56, faces charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon on a person over 60 and assault and battery of an elderly or disabled person.
