HINGHAM - Bail has been set at $10,000 for a Norwell man charged with indecently assaulting a child under age 14.Derek G. Sheehan, 48, was arrested Friday on the charge, which police say was the result of an investigation by the Norwell Police Department and Massachusetts State Police.
