MILTON — A 38-year-old Dorchester man was arrested Sunday on charges of trafficking methamphetamine after a state trooped stopped him on the Southeast Expressway.Trooper Douglas Mesheau was on patrol on Route 93 south in Milton shortly before 1:30 a.m. when he saw a 2010 Mercury Milan driven by Darryl Malloch change lanes without signaling.
