QUINCY - Police say a Boston man arrested for drug dealing Tuesday later tried to ditch a bag of crack, cocaine and opioids in the back of a police cruiser.Roberto M. Castillo, 60, was arraigned Wednesday on charges of distribution of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine, possession with intent to distribute opioids and driving without a license.
