DEDHAM — Accused cop killer Emanuel Lopes has been committed to Bridgewater State Hospital to undergo a 20-day psychological evaluation to determine whether he is competent to stand trial.Lopes, 21, had been held in county jail since his July 15 arrest for the shooting deaths of Weymouth Police Sgt.
