HULL— Police have arrested a man accused of smashing storefront windows and knocking the mirrors off cars in an overnight vandalism spree last weekend.Police said Michael Haskins, 26, of Hull turned himself in to the police station just before 9 p.m. Monday after the department released information about the vandalism.
