SCITUATE - Police are asking for help identifying two people who say they were caught on camera stealing hundreds of dollars worth of merchandise from a women's boutique on Front Street.Police said the thefts at Out of the Blue were discovered Sunday after the shop owner noticed a discrepancy in her inventory and checked her surveillance video system, which showed a man and woman milling about the shop the previous afternoon.
