QUINCY — A Stoughton man was arrested in Quincy on Wednesday after police say they found amphetamine pills and a pound of marijuana in a car he had been riding in. Harold J. Bonin, 57, was arraigned Thursday on charges of possession with intent to distribute amphetamine, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and possession with intent to distribute concentrated THC, the primary psychoactive compound in marijuana.
