QUINCY — Two men were arrested after police said they were caught selling cocaine near Quincy Center.Jose L. Gonalez and Domingo A. Herman-Avalo, both 32, were arraigned Monday on charges of distribution of cocaine, possession with intent to distribute cocaine and conspiracy to violate drug laws.
