BOSTON — A Weymouth man has been arrested on a warrant charging him with a November murder in Boston. Patrick Lys, 31,was arrested in Springfield Tuesday and brought back to Boston on an outstanding warrant for his arrest. He was arraigned for the murder charge Wednesday in Dorchester District Court.
