QUINCY —A Framingham man faces assault and robbery charges after police said he was involved in a gas station stick-up in Weymouth.Igor M. Costa, 20, was charged with assault and battery with a firearm, armed robbery, armed assault to rob a person older than 60 and conspiracy.
