TAUNTON — A motion to revoke the stay of Michelle Carter's involuntary manslaughter conviction for encouraging her boyfriend to take his own life will be heard Monday, according to the Bristol Disict Attorney's office.The motion will be heard at 2 p.m. in a courtroom to be determined at the Taunton Trial Court, according to Gregg Miliote, a spokesman for Bristol County District Attorney Thomas M.
