WEYMOUTH — Police say a report of two women shoplifting led to a number of drug charges, including trafficking, for a third woman who was with them.Lisa M. Gangemi, 36, of Holbrook was arraigned Monday on charges of trafficking more than 10 grams of fentanyl, possession with intent to distribute heroin, possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and six drug possession charges for crack cocaine and a variety of prescription drugs.
