QUINCY — Two people are facing charges after police say one of them hit a Star Market employee with a bag of products they were trying to steal.Byron K. Bell, 55, of 8 Kent Street was arraigned Monday on charges of shoplifting and carrying a dangerous weapon. Cherry Clayton, 47, of Boston was charged with armed robbery and giving false information to police after her arrest. Both also had outstanding warrants for their arrest.
