BOSTON — A Weymouth man charged in connection with an attack that police say left a man "semi-conscious" is free after posting $5,000 bail.Michael Kenney, 40, turned himself in to police Tuesday afternoon and was arraigned Wednesday on charges of assault and battery causing serious injury and assault and battery.
