HINGHAM − Two men were arrested early Friday and charged with stealing mail from a box outside the Hingham Post Office, police said.Antoni Garcia Mota, 22, of 27 Webster St., Randolph and a 17-year-old Lowell man whose name was not released due to his age were charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime for a felony, receiving stolen property over $1,200 and possession of a burglarious instrument.
