DEDHAM — A man charged with manslaughter in a 2017 beating death in Quincy is facing new charges after prosecutors say he assaulted another man while out on bail.A Norfolk County grand jury last month returned indictments charging Joseph Cotto-Berrio, 29, of Boston with assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, vandalizing property and failure to appear in court on a misdemeanor.
