QUINCY — Two men were arrested Wednesday after an alleged drug deal in Wollaston.Rubin M. Terrero, 30, of Boston was charged with three counts of possession with intent to distribute cocaine, fentanyl and heroin. Eric J. McColgan, 31, of Quincy was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
