QUINCY – A former Braintree man who is awaiting trial on charges stemming from a knifepoint robbery at a Walmart store has been linked to an unsolved Quincy bank robbery by DNA, police said.Quincy police plan to charge Chad Starr, 35, with the unarmed robbery of the Citizens Bank at 371 Hancock St. on Sept. 10, 2015, Capt.
