WEYMOUTH — A Pennsylvania man with two prior drunken driving convictions on the South Shore is again facing criminal charges after police say he drunkenly drove away from a Weymouth brewery and caused an accident.Ryan Kerrigan, a 42-year-old of Johnstown, Pennsylvania, was arraigned Tuesday in Quincy District Court on charges of third-offense drunken driving and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.
