AVON — A 58-year-old Avon man is facing his third drunken driving charge after police say he was under the influence while driving in Quincy on Tuesday night.James Upperman, of 22 Noyes St., was arraigned Wednesday in Quincy District Court on a third-offense drunken driving charge as well as a marked lanes and a lights violation.
