DEDHAM — A Norfolk County grand jury has indicted a Stoughton man accused of robbing a Canton CVS with what he claimed was a syringe filled with the AIDS virus. Ralph Milord, 25, is charged with armed robbery, resisting arrest and three counts of larceny of a drug.
