QUINCY — After shooting a neighbor in the face with a pellet gun, a Quincy man is in custody and charged with armed assault with intent to murder.Police say that Dennis Baker, 49, caused a serious eye injury to a 33-year-old neighbor in his apartment building on Nelson Street on Wednesday.
