BOSTON — Police said a Kingston man who had more than an ounce of crystal methamphetamine on him broke into a car in Boston and stole papers and a fistful of quarters. Garrett Turner, 34, was arraigned Monday in the Charlestown division of Boston Municipal Court on charges of trafficking crystal methamphetamine, breaking and entering into a car and receiving stolen property.
