QUINCY — A 20-year-old Quincy man accused of offering to pay high school students for sex has been released on $1,000 bail.Benjamin Chen pleaded not guilty during his Tuesday arraignment to charges of enticing a child under 16, two counts of accosting or annoying another person and sexual conduct for a fee.
