KINGSTON — A Plymouth man shot by Kingston police in a confrontation early Tuesday morning has been charged with three counts of assault with a dangerous weapon. State Police detectives assigned to the Plymouth County District Attorney's office are investigating the shooting.In a Tuesday evening press release, officials identified the man shot as 25-year-old Alexander Bakutis of Plymouth.
