QUINCY - Police say they've arrested a Quincy man accused of stabbing another man during an attempted robbery on Granger Street last week.Austin Avelar, 29, of 52 Newcomb St., #1, is due to be arraigned Friday on charges of attempted murder, assault and battery with a deadly weapon and assault with intent to rob.
