BOSTON – Three Boston-area residents have been charged with conspiring to sell almost $209,000 worth of stolen Gillette razor blades on eBay.Mark S. Girardin, 43, of Randolph, Robert A. Liberatore, 51, of Wakefield, and Joseph Evangelista, 62, of Lowell, were indicted on charges of conspiracy to transport stolen property interstate.
