HIGNHAM - Police have released surveillance images of a woman who they say managed to steal 46 pairs of women’s jeans, worth around $2,366, in less than 2 minutes.Police say the woman went into an American Eagle store in the Derby Street Shoppes around 8:15 p.m. last Monday, Aug. 15, and left in a black car.
