QUINCY -- Police are on the lookout for a man who they say has been riding around North Quincy in an SUV and grabbing pocketbooks from women walking on the street.Capt. John Dougan said the purse-snatcher, described as a white man in his 30s with blond or salt-and pepper hair, is suspected of robbing three women since Sept. 15.
