BRAINTREE – Police are asking residents in the Highlands to keep an eye out for a man who was seen hanging out around a home he does not live in and possibly watching school buses at the end of the day. In a message to residents, Officer Ed Woo said officers would like to talk to the man, but stressed that he has not been linked to any violent or abusive crime.
