DEDHAM – A former Weymouth bank executive has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the theft of tens of thousands of dollars from accounts set up for the children of his sister and brother-in-law after they were killed in a car crash. William R. Hartnett, 45, is due to be sentenced next month on three counts of fiduciary embezzlement, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison.
