QUINCY - A Brockton man will face charges after police say he crossed over onto the wrong side of Newport Avenue Extension and crashed head on into another car, sending a 71-year-old Dorchester woman to the hospital.Police say Michael Perry, 29, will be summoned to court on charges of negligent driving and violating marked lanes.
