QUINCY - Police are asking for help identifying a would-be burglar who tried to break into a house on Brackett Street a few hours into the new year.Police said they were called to the house around 2:50 a.m. Jan. 1 after the homeowner, who was not home at the time, received an alert on their phone about someone trying to break in.
