RANDOLPH - While police were investigating a shooting from last Sunday in Randolph, where a house was struck on a dead-end street, they spotted a man they suspected to be tied to the shooting and found he had two loaded guns on him, police said.Darius Bass, 22, of Boston was arrested and charged with two counts of illegal carrying of a firearm, two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm, two counts of unlawful possession of ammunition and possession of a high capacity magazine.
