QUINCY – Police are urging North Quincy residents to be vigilant after a pair of armed robberies in which a man walked up to people as they were getting out of their cars and threatened them with a handgun.Police said the two robberies occurred late on Jan. 2 and early this morning, both within a few blocks of Hancock Street in North Quincy.
